Neon Indian - Polish Girl

Neon Indian, from Denton, TX, is an electronic duo who released this song a couple months ago. "Polish Girl" is off of their second album, Era Extraña, and it features a dark, love-story. The lyrics make their way over some heavy synth lines which adds to the atmosphere of the track. Give it a listen and let us know what you think.

Coldplay - Shiver

With Coldplay dropping their 5th studio album, Mylo Xyloto, just the other day; I decided to share one of my all-time favorite Coldplay songs. "Shiver," is off of their 2nd album, Parachutes, it is essentially a love song with a catchy guitar-riffed chorus blends perfectly with Chris Martin's voice. Give it a listen, it's relaxing and the lyrics will leave you something to think about.

pg.lost - Fartyget

pg.lost, a post-rock band from Sweden , that sounds similar to an early, Explosions in the Sky, but incorporates a few more instruments into their music. This song is simplistic, but full of emotion that eventually bursts towards the end of the track. This is perfect for just relaxing, doing some homework, or turned down low to fall asleep to. Frank Ocean - Swim Good

One of my favorite Frank Ocean tracks, "Swim Good," features some great lyrics, a catchy hook, and a beat that makes you actually appreciate your sub-woofer. Frank dropped some visuals for this track, which are pretty sick, as well. With Mr. Ocean's recent work on Kanye and Jay-Z's, Watch the Throne, I think it's pretty safe to say that big things are coming from him soon.

Phantogram - Don't Move [New Music]

Phantogram, the electronic-rock duo, consisting of Sarah Barthel and Josh Carter, from New York, are known for their subtle music on their debut LP, Eyelid Movies, but on this track "Don't Move," the group explores a more bright and poppy, yet still chill, style. This track features a heavy keyboard and horn melody blending together with a looped-sample and a sung lyrical hook. Give it a listen and download below.

M83- Intro (feat. Zola Jesus) [New Music]

M83 has been around forever, but their new album, Hurry Up We're Dreaming, has really blown us away. We highly suggest you download/buy/stream it ASAP. The opening track on the album, appropriately titled "Intro"  creates a heavy, dream-like atmosphere that doesn't let up until the song finishes. Modest Mouse - Bukowski

One of my favorite all-time Modest Mouse tracks, Bukowski, highlights author, Charles Bukowski, who was notorious for being a down and out drunkard. This song struggles with the same feeling and turns a little dark when referring to God as an "indian-giver." Anyway, give it a listen and don't forget, most importantly, just relax.
